ur apartment ("Alter Gutshof") is suitable for 4 persons (additional bed for another person available).
It is located in the first floor of a newly built house in the street "Alter Gutshof" 3, Sellin.
The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood, with Sellin's "Sea Park" and the
Sellin Lake nearby (see map).
The apartment consists of a living room with integrated kitchen, two bedrooms (each with double bed), a bathroom, a storage room and a balcony.
The floor size is 70 m² (+ 10 m² for the balcony).
The beach (Main Beach as well as South Beach of Sellin) can be reached in about 15 minutes by foot.
