ur two
comfort apartments are located in the house "Baltic" (built in 1994), in the
August-Bebel street no. 5 (see arrow), about ten minutes away from
the beach (see map). They are modernly equipped, have a base of 32 m² and are suitable
for three persons (double bed-couch and foldaway bed).

A central heating and space in the basement garage belong to
each apartment. The two apartments are nearly identically structured.
Further equipment: fully equipped kitchen (including a microwave and baking oven),
satellite TV, a room in the cellar for bikes or the like.
